Always lost in classic page-turners like Pride & Prejudice and The Princess Bride, Hitch Perfect’s Owner & Lead Planner, Kate, grew up soaking in romance wherever she could find it. From dressing up as a bride at every opportunity as a child to spending weekends devouring romcoms, love has been a lifelong theme in Kate’s world.
Professionally, Kate brings over 14 years of experience managing complex events, including more than a decade as an Executive Assistant for global companies. Known in the corporate world for her eye for detail, creative thinking, and calm under pressure, Kate has always brought heart and finesse to everything she does.
It was only a matter of time before her gift for organisation intertwined with her passion for romance - creating the ultimate love story: Hitch Perfect.
While a devotee of timeless romance, Kate’s own love story is delightfully modern. She met her husband, Patrick, just before the start of Covid. The pair married in Toowoomba in 2023 and now live happily ever after with their daughter, Bridget.
