Once you’ve decided to work with me, we lock in your date with a 30% deposit. From there, we can customise your payment schedule based on your vendor payments - no one likes it when two things are due in the same week!

The majority of my couples have a hard right number that they need to stick by - and I’m here to make sure that happens.

Wedding Coordination (also called “Day-of Coordination”) is ideal if you’ve done the planning but need a professional to execute everything seamlessly. About a month before your wedding, I step in to finalise timelines, confirm vendors, and manage all the moving parts so you can relax and enjoy your day.

My main service area is South East Queensland, however, I enjoy travelling and working in unique locations and I’m happy to provide quotes for travel upon request! After all, love knows no bounds!
Absolutely! If you’re working with a tight schedule, having a wedding planner is invaluable - navigating the wedding planning process efficiently is key! Keep in mind there’s a legal minimum notice period in Australia to get married, so let’s discuss where you’re at and how we can make it all come together seamlessly!
I usually recommend booking at least 12 months before your day, but the sooner the better! Please note I only take on one wedding per weekend to give my clients the attention they deserve & some couples lock in their vendors 12-18 months in advance.
