Hitch Perfect’s unique concept design workshop followed by a detailed design proposal including colour palette, mood boards, styling, florals, stationery, cake, tablescapes, lighting, attire and any custom installations or creative projects.
Complete wedding design and styling, including inventory management, hire arrangements, purchase-vs-hire analysis, and suggestions for repurposing ceremony styling elements for the reception.
Vendor management for all styling suppliers, including research, contracting, negotiations, final confirmations, and ongoing oversight. This covers all correspondence, logistics coordination, and payment scheduling related to styling vendors.
Comprehensive styling budget management, including preliminary estimated expense allocations, coordination of payment plans, and a budget-to-actual tracker accessible online throughout the entire process.
Venue site visit and styling meeting to finalise design logistics.
